North Captiva Dunes Homeowners Association elects new officers at annual meeting.

The North Captiva Dunes Homeowners Association held its annual meeting on February 19, 2022 at the co-owned canal lot at 691 Rum Road (at the end of Oyster Shell Drive). The minutes of the meeting can me found here. As per Association bylaws, there is an annual election for the board of directors.

2021 Directors L.A. Brickner, Mark Justice and A.J. LaVallie chose not to run in 2022. Three new candidates for the board were nominated and ultimately elected by membership. The new board members for 2022 are Swin Swinford (President), Mary Jo Yafchak (Vice President/Secretary) and Nicole Rossi (Treasurer). Welcome to our new Board of Directors.
