North Captiva Dunes is the southernmost neighborhood of the North Captiva Island community.  Properties in our neighborhood include properties located on the streets of Oyster Shell Drive, Butterfly Shell Drive, Panama Shell Drive as well as portions of Rum Road and Gulf Lane between Oyster Shell and Panama Shell.
